The Team

The company has a staff of four and a part-time accounting technician. Lead consultants, Lynn Buckley and Alexia McGill have been with the company 25+ and 20+ years respectively.

Personnel on our team have completed training and ongoing professional development courses relevant to the meeting, event and special projects sector including those offered by Meeting Professionals International, the Canadian and American Societies of Association Management, Priority Management, the Canadian Management Institute, the Administrative Assistants’ Association and others.

The strength of our team is evidenced in our ability to beat the odds by successfully running a small business for 25 years. We have grown and changed to meet the demands of the market while staying true to our philosophy that superior client service and strong supplier relationships are the foundation to good business. We have developed a strong team with a wide range of industry knowledge, creativity, high standards for excellence and strong leadership.

Agenda Managers events and personnel have been recognized for exceptional performance by the Canadian Tourism Commission, the Progress Club Women of Excellence program, the International Economic Development Council, the Canadian Public Relations Society, the East Coast Music Association.

At Agenda Managers, we have been mentors of students from the Nova Scotia Community College, with one grad currently on staff. We have also created opportunities for students in the Dalhousie Business Program, Saint Mary's MBA Program and MSVU PR and Tourism Programs.
